Return Any Parts Without a "Return
Material Authorization" (RMA) number.
Failure to have a RMA could result in
not receiving any credit and paying to
get part back. An issued RMA is not a
guarantee of credit to be issued. Only
that we will review the part.
Return parts to us at your expense
if returning a part for credit or

part. We must know why you want to
return the part.
Mark clearly the RMA number issued by
us and return to us. We recommend you

order a part that doesn't fix the
problem, that part can

For example, if you order a sensor,
install it, even temporarily, and it
doesn't fix the problem, you can NOT
return for credit. We have to guard against
customers installing a part, seeing that
it is not the issue, and returning
EXCEPTION to Return Policy: Most
electronics, rebuilt control systems, or new control systems can only be
returned for warranty repair.
