 Part Return Policy

Do Not Return Any Parts Without a "Return Material Authorization" (RMA)  number. Failure to have a RMA could result in not receiving any credit and paying to get part back. An issued RMA is not a guarantee of credit to be issued. Only that we will review the part.  (For Warranty see here)

Return parts to us at your expense if returning a part for credit or warranty. Failure to get a RMA could result in rejection or lost of your shipment. To get that number, contact us through spageeks@clearcreekspas.com . State your name, invoice number, and specifically what is wrong with the part. We must know why you want to return the part.

Mark clearly the RMA number issued by us and return to us. We recommend you use a shipping method that has tracking or delivery confirmation.  

Reason For Return What you Must Do What we will do
Reason 1-We sent wrong part Email us. We will arrange for the return of parts to us and correction of parts you need.
Reason 2-You ordered wrong part Email us for RMA and return to us at your expense. Upon receipt from you with proper RMA we will issue credit in following rate (Original shipping costs are not refundable.)
a. Returned to us within 15 days of RMA issued, full credit if credit applied to another purchased. 20% restock fee if credit applied to credit card.
b. Returned to us within 30 days of RMA issued, 30% restock fee.
c. No items return allowable after 30 days of parts received by you.

 

Parts returned without RMA or don't meet all conditions, will be charged a minimum of 40% restocking fee or rejected.

 

EXCEPTION: If you order a part that doesn't fix the problem, that part can not be exchanged or credited. For example, if you order a sensor, install it, even temporarily, and it doesn't fix the problem, you can NOT return for credit. We have to guard against customers installing a part, seeing that it is not the issue, and returning that part.

EXCEPTION to Return Policy: Most electronics, rebuilt control systems, or new control systems can only be returned for warranty repair.

 

Parts returned with a proper RMA number and approved for credit can take up to 45 days for the credit to be issued.

Parts returned and receiving in-house credit is good for 365 days from date of original purchase.
