How do I return parts from my order?

    Get an RMA # Never return a part or order without approval from us. Failure to do so can cause you not to receive any credit or replacement or even lost return. 

    Reason ONE: You ordered the wrong part or changed your mind.
We are very understanding when you order the wrong part. Follow this procedure:

  • Contact us at shipping@clearcreekspas.com. Explain what's wrong. Often comparison pictures are very helpful.
  • Return the part to us. You will have to cover the cost of shipping return. 
  • If you are seeking replacement for the wrong part we will waive restock fee. If you are seeking return for credit there is a 25% restock fee.
  • Requests for return for wrong parts must be made within 7 days of receipt of parts. Otherwise there may be a higher restock fee or even denial of accepting the parts being returned.

    Reason Two: We shipped wrong part. You ordered correctly.  It's our fault.
Follow this procedure:

  • Contact us at shipping@clearcreekspas.com. Explain what's wrong. Often comparison pictures are very helpful.
  • If the part is a costly part, we will either send you a shipping label or order the part picked up from you and returned to us at our cost.
  • Typically we need to have the wrong part in our hands before correct part is sent. We will expedite the process to make things right as fast as we can economically do.
  • Once returned to us, we will ship the correct part. 

Things to Remember About Returns

  • Parts without an RMA or prior approval or don't meet all conditions will be charged a minimum of 40% restocking and handling fees or returned to customer at his expense.
  • Purchases that have "free shipping" and returned for credit will have our actual shipping cost deducted from the credit on approved returns to cover our cost of original shipping. 
  • MOST electronic parts (motors, pcboards, sensors, etc) can not be returned except for warranty repair/replacement. We do not knowingly ever sell used parts as new so this policy is important to understand.
  • NO parts can be returned because it didn't fix the problem. If installed it becomes your property. 
  • Any approved return credit can take up to 45 days to show up on your credit card account.
