All products sold are subject to their manufacturer's
warranty. Clear Creek Spas maximum liability is refund on the price
of the purchase. Products and components manufactured by
United Spas, Inc. are subject to a limited one-year parts warranty
printed in every user's guide and posted on their web site. We are
happy to submit warranty claims on behalf of our customers to the
OEM manufacturer within the first year from the date of purchase. |
|
Before anything is returned for warranty replacement
you must receive an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number from
us. Call or e-mail us to request an RMA number. We will need to know
the following: |
a.
Date of purchase from Clear Creek Spas (warranty must be within one
year of purchase). |
b.
Allow us if possible to determine if the part/component is a
warranty issue. This might take several emails to clarify the
problem. |
c. If
you bought a new complete Control Box (aluminum) we need the serial
number coded on the box |
d. An
accurate description of the failure/defect. |
|
Upon issuing a RMA# you will be required to returned
the part/component to us prepaid. Write the RMA # both on the box
and place a note inside the box with your: Name, Address, and
Daytime phone number. Also include the RMA on the note. It is
extremely important that you send us the part with a carrier that
provides you with tracking to prove we received the part. |
|
Our
first effort will be to determine what the problem/defect is. If
minor we will correct and return the part to you. If a issue
requires warranty service with the OEM, we will submit the part on
your behalf. |
|
If we
submit the part for warranty with the manufacturer, they will have
final judgment to determine if the part is covered under warranty.
If determined it is a warranty issue, at their option they can
either repair, replace, or refund your purchase. Maximum liability
limit for any OEM, supplier, distributor, or Clear Creek Spas is a
full refund of the purchase price. |
|
Although we understand any part failure can cause our customer to
lose use of their hot tub during this process, this is the limit to
our warranty. No parts will be supplied to the customer beyond what
is written. We regret your spa may have to be shut down for a period
of time while this process is followed. We recommend in colder
months you drain the spa as directed by your spa's manufacturer to
insure no parts freeze. The OEM, supplier, distributor, or Clear
Creek Spas is not liable for any consequential damaged caused by the
failure of any part, component, or control we sell. |
