 Part Return Policy

Do Not Return Any Parts Without a "Return Material Authorization" (RMA)  number. Failure to have a RMA could result in not receiving any credit.. An issued RMA # is not a guarantee of credit to be issued. Only that we will review the part.  (For Warranty see here)

Return shipping to us is at your expense if returning a part for credit or warranty. Failure to get a RMA could result in rejection or lost of your shipment. To get that number, contact us through spageeks@clearcreekspas.com . State your name, invoice number, and specifically what is wrong with the part. We must know why you want to return the part.

Mark clearly the RMA number issued by us and return to us. We recommend you use a shipping method that has tracking or delivery confirmation.  

 Parts returned within 30 days of purchase have a 20% restocking fee with RMA# issued and all other conditions are met. Original shipping expense is never refundable. If your order includes Free Shipping from us, the actual cost of shipping will also be deducted from amount being refunded to you.

Parts returned without RMA or don't meet all conditions, will be charged a minimum of 30% restocking fee or rejected.

Parts returned after 30 days may be charged up to 30% restocking fee if a RMA# is issued by us. 

EXCEPTION:  If you order the wrong part for your spa, that part can be exchanged for house credit.  This must be done within 30 days of receipt of parts. This return credit can only be applied to future purchases. An RMA# still must be issued before returning to us.

If you order a part that doesn't fix the problem, that part can not be exchanged or credited. For example, if you order a sensor, install it, even temporarily, and it doesn't fix the problem, you can NOT return for credit. We have to guard against customers installing a part, seeing that it is not the issue, and returning that part.

EXCEPTIONS to Return Policy: Siding, rebuilt controls, or new controls can only be returned for warranty repair.

 

Parts returned with a proper RMA number and approved for credit can take up to 30 days for the credit to be issued.

Parts returned and receiving in-house credit is good for 365 days from date of original purchase.
