OK, let's get started.

First thing you have to do is determine what generation outdoor hot tub you have (if you have an indoor jetted bath, Click Here).

Jacuzzi started building spas in the 80's. Parts are commonly available for spas built from the late 1980's. To ease identifying what generation you have, we have broken the generation of spas into 3 time periods.

1980's to 1994

You will have a logo like this  and underneath, the control box is a SCM that looks like this:

We call them "Mechanical Spas" because.... everything is mechanical. If you do, CLICK HERE

1994 to 2001

In 1994 Jacuzzi Whirlpool Bath went from Mechanical spas to Electronic Spas. They used the same logo but now the topsides were electronic and look like one of these:

If your topside looks like one of these, CLICK HERE

2001 to Present

THEN, in 2002 Jacuzzi Hot Tub division separated its name from Jacuzzi Whirlpool Bath. These spas continue to present. They are known as Jacuzzi Premium or Jacuzzi Hot Tubs. The two logos associated with them are shown here. NOTE: Virtually NOTHING on this generation spa apply to previous generation spas.
